How much does it cost? – There is a up-front fee of £15.00 which covers 30 minutes of remote support computer work. We then an additional £15.00 per every 30 minutes after this. We will always give you a rough idea about what you can expect to pay for each session depending on the work required.
How long will it take? – Simple remote support jobs are normally resolved with in the hour. Jobs that take longer may require a site visit or for you to bring in your computer.
How do I start my remote session? – Once you have contacted us we will ask you to CLICK HERE to download the Real VNC remote IT Support tool. Once the tool has been download you will be asked to enter in a 9 digit pin number to start the remote session.
