FAQ

How far do you travel?

As I live in Martlesham I tend to cover areas such as Martlesham, Woodbridge, Kesgrave, Grange Farm, Bealings, Rushmere, Trimley and Ipswich. I also own Hadleigh Computing and this is where the shop is. So I also cover all surrounding areas such as Hadleigh, Hintlesham, Hitcham, Layham, Washbrook etc.

How much do you charge?

This is a hard one as every job is different. I have a standard call out charge of £25 which also covers the first 30 mins of the job. I then charge £15 per 30 mins after this.

How long will it take to fix?

Simple jobs can quite often be fixed within 30 mins to an hour. More complex jobs may take longer and require your machine to come back to the shop for repair. If this is the case I would always discus time frame and cost up front with you.

What qualifications and experience do you have?

Computing has been my background since I started university back in 2000. I graduated in 2004 with a diploma in Computer Science and a Degree in Software System (BSc) at the University of Hertfordshire. I then started my computer carrier as front-line support at the council and worked my way up to desktop and server support. I then became a programmer for an energy procurement company in Ipswich while still providing IT support with in this business.
